Fairly good experience

What do you like best? Sending automatic campaigns means I don't need to keep prospects who are too far out, top of mind. Saves me time! What do you dislike? Prospects can only be on one campaign at a time, changing status in salesforce does not mean they are removed from the YW campaign. Gmail alias can't be connected What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? YesWare has helped me with email tracking to see which emails WORK

What do you like best? Email tracking, ensuring my messages are delivered What do you dislike? Nothing really. Everything works as advertised. Very happy! What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? I'm simply making sure my recipients open my emails. That alone is worth the price.

Great product, highly recommend Yesware

What do you like best? Being able to schedule emails throughout the day and a couple of days in advance is huge for me. Also, the fact that I can see if the recipient has viewed my emails, the time of day and how many times they've viewed it. Helps me know how to structure my call to them. What do you dislike? What do you like best? It's got a lot of information for me that's useful as a small business owner. I also need to know when some people read emails and moreover when they read a document I send to them. What do you dislike? I wish I could see who reads an email when sending out a group email to multiple people. What do you like best? Simple yet powerful software. Enables the automation of drip campaigns and integrates very easily to SFDC. Tracking functionality is great, it also can track attachments.
