Great product with personal support

What do you like best? The Templates have been the most useful feature. What do you dislike? I recently experienced some bugs with the templates functionality, but had a really helpful member of the support team troubleshoot it with me over a period of a few days and eventually we resolved the issue. Easy tool to automate sequenced emails

What do you like best? I really enjoy the ability to automate email campaigns for prospecting. Being able to insert a link to your calendar with specific meeting times is also a great feature as it saves a lot of back and forth with clients. What do you dislike? The campaigns features are sometimes buggy. Love using it for templates

What do you like best? I love creating all my templates in Yesware. I like that it has the option to add a dropdown selector. What do you dislike? The email open notification still needs some work. When I open an email I've sent to someone it sometimes registers it as opened. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Faster email output while making them a bit more personalized.

What do you like best? When it works, it gets the job done. There aren't many bells and whistles but if you're trying to get out a basic email campaign, YesWare will do the job. The analytics are helpful and pretty easy to follow. Once you learn to navigate the system, it can be a useful tool. Like I said, it's pretty basic but at the same time you get what you pay for. What do you like best? I've been using Yesware for the better part of five years now and I most enjoy how easy it is to use through Gmail. In my experience, the email tracking has been reliable. Salesforce integration is fast and also reliable. Installing Yesware is very easy annd there are hardly ever any resyncing issues over an extended period of time for Gmail nor Salesforce.
