Yesware makes emailing a breeze
What do you like best? I can track which emails work best and how they are currently performing. It helps me to decide what will grab attention. What do you dislike? Sometimes it won’t pull the correct info. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? It has given me a small insight to how people view my emails without it being a surprise. It shows me what works and what doesn’t.

Their sales & support staff just do not care
What do you like best? Email automation is a very useful component of prospect outreach. We used to like Yesware initially, it did the job it said it did, but after that there were lot of issues. What do you dislike? Their sales team openly lies. We sent them a request and when we did not get a response for a week, we followed up. The sales team lied saying they never saw our mail earlier, when using their own product we could see that they opened our email multiple times! ...

Yesware is the best tool for sales engagement
What do you like best? I love the quick notifications of when someone opens my email and how many times. The color is perfect for notifications and easy on the eyes/not irritating. Seeing when a lead opens my email and how many times they open it has changed my technique and has increase my returns. What do you dislike? It has changed the way I follow up with my clients tremendously!
What do you like best? I love the reminders and the ability to see if the person has really read my email or not. Helps with follow up. What do you dislike? I don't have any dislikes. I cannot complain What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? My follow up helps convert to sales!

Yesware helps me stay better connected to my customers.
What do you like best? I can see when a customer is taking time to read my email and it helps me better decide when to follow up with them. What do you dislike? The only real downside would be that the cost is a little high. Other than that it is the perfect tool for account management. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? I'm able to more effectively reach busy customers when they have the time to talk or email or order.

Yesware? I'm impressed!
What do you like best? I have been using Contact Monkey for the last 4 years and I loved their sidebar which updated you on "opens" and "opened by" so I was reluctant to make a change but I had to due to ongoing outages and poor support. I tried Yesware and am really enjoying it. Like the interface, the notification system and display and the templates are easy to use with a simple click. What do you dislike? What do you like best? The best thing of yesware is definitely the ease of use and campaigns. Campaigns are pretty straight forward to set up and execute. What do you dislike? The least helpful feature of Yesware is Reports. I feel they lack a lot of information such as link tracking. I would like more detailed information about what links my customers are clicking, how many times they did it, etc. Also, it would be ideal if you refined your campaign reports, they are too simple. ...

Yesware Will Benefit You and Your Company
What do you like best? My most appreciated benefit of using Yesware is knowing when someone opens a time-dependent email and the opened/not replied often induces me to send another quick reminder. When I need a client to respond quickly, Yesware provides the means of knowing. For others, the multiple benefits of Yesware will extend beyond knowing when an email has been opened. What do you like best? Everything is so easy. Setting up automation that's connected right to your inbox on other platforms/apps like Gmass is much more difficult. UX is great. What do you dislike? Sometimes when someone responds to your message the tool doesn't catch their response and mark them connected so they're removed from the campaign. Quick, Easy & Necessary sales tool
