Easy to use, many features, incredible tracking options

What do you like best? This is essential to know the appropriate time to take the next action by being notified when your recipient has opened your email. You also know if they open it and not respond as well as knowing if it was opened at all. What do you dislike? Yesware will tell you if someone or 2-3 others have opened it.
