Almost too easy

What do you like best? Having experienced manual entry of emails into Salesforce and other systems, the integration with SF is a huge time saver. It enables me to see how my Customer Success team members have been corresponding with clients when I need to investigate escalations. What do you dislike? Love how it keeps things organized

What do you like best? I really enjoy the reminders to email someone that i may have forgotten about. What do you dislike? wish i knew how to limit when someone opened an email. only need an alert once a day. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? it helps me keep track of emails and who's receiving them.

Very useful.

What do you like best? I like that I can make campaigns and easily add recipients. I like that I can see who has viewed the email and if they open it multiple times. What do you dislike? It's a little tedious to have to manually remove people from a campaign if they call you directly instead of email you back. What problems are you solving with the product? What do you like best? With a quick list of active accounts that I can upload to Yesware, I'm able to email promos, etc. to all of my customers at once. I can also email individual customers with some pre-made templates or customer templates I make. The training videos are short and to the point and can help you use it fully. What do you dislike? It helps me tremendously to see when and how often my emails are opened and forwarded.

What do you like best? That I can see when people open my emails as well as how often it gets forwarded. I send out info that a lot of people needs to see so its great to see it get passed along and opened. What do you dislike? I wish it had a counter instead of telling me each individual open. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? It helps me discuss with my group leaders when they have low numbers and their email was never forwarded

Scheduling feature

What do you like best? I love the scheduling and mail merge features! What do you dislike? Sometimes when you open Gmail, Yesware extension doesn't automatically open there. This happens a few times out of ten. Recommendations to others considering the product: It's easy and convenient if you send a lot of emails and work with large sales leads volumes. PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? Yesware greatly enhanced my team's efficiency. Its templates are fantastic in heping us with our e-mail outreach.
