Yesware is pretty decent

What do you like best? I like that I can get a vague approximation as to whether or not someone is interacting with my emails or not. What do you dislike? I don't like the false positives. If someone's email app creates a preview of the email or preloads it, it will register as an open. Recommendations to others considering the product: not entirely accurate. Many false positives but at least you can get a general idea if someone is interacting with your emails or not. ...

What do you like best? They make it super easy to import a contact list from salesforce into a multi-step campaign. The personalization features are really easy to use but I'd prefer drag and drop. What do you like best? My favorite tool within Yesware is the "schedule a meeting" function. I've looked at a number of calendar scheduling software and nothing I've found compares to the flexibility that Yesware has within it's product. Besides the product, the support is top notch.
