What I like about Yesware is the email tracking function, I can also synchronize my emails with Salesforce to keep me organized, I can track each email, having information if they have opened it, if they answered you, adding reminders and many more options. I am able to see when my messages are viewed, that's a plus

What do you like best? I am able to see when my messages are viewed, that's a plus What do you dislike? The random pop ups on my screen, and when I click that pop up the original email doesnt show up. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? When to call my customers, I always call when I see my messages are being viewed

Without Yesware, I'd be without a job

What do you like best? The tracking within Yesware is imperative to my role as Sales Director. I am able to track my reps email activity as well as how effective their messaging is. I use this data to provide targeted feedback to my reps. "what gets measured... gets done." What do you dislike? the only thing I dislike about Yesware is the current method for attaching documents to sales templates as it sometimes triggers spam filters in prospects' email accounts. Love Yesware and can't do without it

What do you like best? I like being able to track who opens, when they open it, how many times they open it. What do you dislike? When the interface changed recently it took a little getting used to What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? I organize a lot of committees (among other things) and it helps me keep on top of people who have not responded to requests or directives.

What do you like best? Great lead creation and logging directly into Salesforce What do you dislike? Sometimes the newest features need more QA before being released like their scheduling tool. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Email tracking, lead creation, and reminders to follow up with sales prospects.

What do you like best? I love the real time tracking of who views and passes along my emails. What do you dislike? I dislike that it sometimes lags, and shows up to 40 unseen notifications at once Recommendations to others considering the product: If you are not using it, you are simply losing What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Needed more responses from emails. I got much more responses and knew the best times to email.

Best tool for tracking emails & blasting campaigns

What do you like best? Ease of use! The interface seamlessly integrates with Outlook & Salesforce and helps our team track email activity and easily send out customized email blasts with its customizable fields dependent on your CSV headers. What do you like best? I love Yesware's ability to have Team Templates. What do you dislike? It doesn't mesh with our particular CRM...but we have an outdated one so that's to be expected, I suppose.
