Awesome option for integrated marketing management!
What do you like best? The tracking & mail merge features are a great help! What do you dislike? There were some elements of Yesware that slowed my machine down. That aspect made it a little difficult to use sometimes. Recommendations to others considering the product: It’s worth the money if you need to track and respond to email messages. This platform allows you to pre-load responses to “touch” anyone who may have missed an initial message. It’s great. What problems ...

A superb sales/pitching tool!
What do you like best? Yesware provides fast and comprehensive info that improves my insights into my sales/pitching efforts. It allows me to work more productively and confidently. What do you dislike? No complaints whatsoever! All good so far. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? By seeing who is opening my emails, how many times they're being opened, and what's being clicked, I'm able to see who is tiering themselves as an ...

Why Yesware is essential for a Business!
What do you like best? Visibility! Yesware gives you visibility into what emails are working and what emails are not working. It allows you or your team to gauge what type of content, subject lines, call to actions and other types of content are getting people to open your emails. This allows you to gauge how interested a customer is in the content you're selling them as well as what you may need to tweak to get more responses. Any Sales or business that asks me what technology do I need ...

Don't want to send emails without it
What do you like best? I have the ability to see when an email was opened or not opened. It gives me an advantage when someone says they never received the email. I keep very accurate paper trail of each real estate transaction and Yesware is a big part of that paperwork. What do you dislike? I haven't found anything I dislike up to this point in time What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Having a record of when an email was opened ...

It's a good system if you don't have a better one
What do you like best? The best and worst feature here is the notification of open. While it is good to see your email sent has been opened, it is confusing when it bounces through their networks server and is opened in multiple locations at once. It leads a false positive. What do you dislike? The same thing that I like. The false positive open notifications What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? The template is nice. It ...

Useful tool
What do you like best? Shows when your file was opened, and how many times. What do you dislike? Hard to know whom it was forwarded to...inside your client's company, or outside? What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Know if my info is forwarded.

If there were less than a 0 I'd give their support that
What do you like best? Email tracking and sending with follow ups What do you dislike? The service to mark individual messages to followup later was not working. I told them, they emailed me back and forth and couldn't debug, so offered to hop on a call. They gave me a calendar, i scheduled and THEY DIDN'T SHOW UP! Then i emailed them (they didn't apologize) and told them they stood me up and gave them my calendar and they stood me up AGAIN. What problems are you solving with ...

Platform for email and marketing tracking.
What do you like best? What I liked most about Yesware is the email tracking feature, which allows me to see exactly when someone opens an email. Your templates help a lot to make things faster. I also like that you can include calendar appointment schedules available in email correspondence. But the best thing about using Yesware is your email marketing assistance possibilities. What do you dislike? This software is great, and there really isn't much I don't like about Yesware, ...

Yesware
What do you like best? Yesware is improving, they're slowly making updates, changing the look of a few things, releasing new product features etc. In general the setting up of email campaigns is straightforward, clicking on campaigns to look at the stage of them all is real nice and easy which I enjoy. Links very well with Salesforce for us to track our emails. What do you dislike? We've had problems with people replying from different emails and this not registering with Yesware ...
