Fantastic tool for productivity and efficiency in sales

What do you like best? The Gmail to Salesforce connection was the key feature for us. Yesware makes logging communication so easy, and works with custom objects in addition to accounts and leads. You can fill in all necessary details in the same window and see those details when you return to the same email (which also helps prevent duplicates). What do you like best? Love the ability to create team folder for templates and then track the overall performance of each email. The open receipts is a great feature too for timely touch points. I can anticipate when I'm going to get a response...

What do you like best? I can see how many times someone opens an email, which indicates either they are really interested in my message or either they are scrolling through their emails. I like that I can run campaigns, so I can upload a bunch of email contacts and then set it to run. Great Product!

What do you like best? Campaigns! Being able to export a CSV and send out a touch campaign is amazing, and great time saver. Also, being able to pre made templates. What do you dislike? Not being able to export the templates. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Outbound Prospecting- Its provided us to be able to mass touch our accounts at one time, or personalize a section to a select group.
