"Easy to use and gets the job done quickly"

What do you like best about xMatters? It is very user friendly and allows our folks to quickly send messages out. What do you dislike about xMatters? There is some limited functionality like only being able to add four email addresses to each user. What problems is xMatters solving and how is that benefiting you? Sending mass communications out to our team- it is much quicker than individual phone calls.

What do you like best about xMatters? xMatters makes it easy to ingest alerts from other sources and then either automate a response based on the incoming message, or send out an alert to an on call technician so they can take care of the issue before our customers know there is a potential problem with their service. "After hours alerting made easy"

What do you like best about xMatters? Extremely easy to set up groups and alerting What do you dislike about xMatters? HTML formatting on alerts could be better. This could be a lack of understanding on our end though. What problems is xMatters solving and how is that benefiting you? After hours alerting. Our reaction time to critical events and downtimes has improved tenfold.
