"Great trust in xMatters keeping a eye on things for you"

What do you like best about xMatters? The ability to create different groups and have members belong to them and then be able to schedule a rotation to ensure the persons required are notified. "Pretty good alerting system"

What do you like best about xMatters? xMatters, on the whole, is a good product. The paging notifications are timely. Web interface is clean and user-friendly. What do you dislike about xMatters? The calendar view could use a little work. You really have to look hard to tell who is really on call especially if someone is doing a temporary replacement and they don't replace the person for their full shift. What do you like best about xMatters? Accuracy and flow of ticket management help a lot on tickets MTTA. What do you dislike about xMatters? Nothing that much to describe to dislike Recommendations to others considering xMatters: Its a good tool which helps a lot for incident management What problems is xMatters solving and how is that benefiting you? Mostly all incidents we can reduce the manpower who can sit in front of the desk to monitor Queue.

What do you like best about xMatters? The ease of the user interface, seemless changes to workflows and the canvas! The way I can produce a form or workflow simply with limited knowledge of the tool really has helped my organsation. What do you dislike about xMatters?
