"Best Ever Tool for Coodinating with the team on any Notification"
What do you like best about xMatters? We use this tool for coordinating with multiple team during the Major incident and other activity. this is best tool for this purpose. What do you dislike about xMatters? Can be better to setup, facility to setup up cetnrally, instead of user setting it up. What problems is xMatters solving and how is that benefiting you? Helping in coordinating with multiple teams during the major incident and change implementation.

What do you like best about xMatters? xMatters is helpful with notifying support teams they have a pending ticket. I appreciate the speed at which the notification goes out and pages through a support group. What do you dislike about xMatters? I don't have anything I don't like about xMatters. What do you like best about xMatters? I like the fact that xMatters is a "set it and forget it" software. Sure, they give you tools to expand, but the core functionality...once you get it right, you just sit back and let the application do the work. Very reliable. What do you dislike about xMatters? What do you like best about xMatters? xMatters is user-friendly. Easy to teach new users how to use. What do you dislike about xMatters? The service request process at times is slow. What problems is xMatters solving and how is that benefiting you? MTTR is the problem xMatters is resolving. The number decreases every year.

What do you like best about xMatters? Easy to support. Easy to teach. I can point users to videos to guide them thru their initial setup. What do you dislike about xMatters? What do you like best about xMatters? Reducing MTTR (Mean Time to Respond) on critical incidents. What do you dislike about xMatters? I think xMatters should commercialize more integrations and especially tools. What problems is xMatters solving and how is that benefiting you? Getting critical outage information to the right people within seconds. Automating workflows by reducing manual efforts.
