What do you like best? Alerts , ease of scheduling for oncall and support . Much better than PagerDuty What do you dislike? Involves more effort to tailor for automation with mobile incident management and other integrations What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Solid Experience Across Platforms
What do you like best? I like how the app works and looks the same both on iOS and Android. What do you dislike? How long it sometimes takes to load the app up. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? On-call pager management. Faster and more reliable response time.

Seamless Integration with Excellent Capabilities
What do you like best? The product offers the ability to integrate with many products in the marketplace & even create custom integrations with ease. In fact, flexibility is a key aspect of xMatters in general. I'm hard pressed to think of examples where customization is required to meet most use cases which helps keep the product easily supported over time. What do you dislike? What do you like best? Whenever I came across any issues that I could not solve, the support team where very helpful and responsive in coming up with solutions. What do you dislike? Nothing much - they are all very helpful whenever I need to contact them. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? What do you like best? xMatters has a user interface that is second to none. This not only makes generating messages to our employees simple but it also gives our employees a user friendly interface to manage their personal devices and priorities. Simple, easy to use product that is capable of anything you can think of and more
What do you like best? For me one of the key aspects of xMatters is it's ease of use. I have people using the tool who are experienced developers, i have young people and people who are nearing retirement using the tool across the globe and they all get it.
