Solid Experience Across Platforms

What do you like best? I like how the app works and looks the same both on iOS and Android. What do you dislike? How long it sometimes takes to load the app up. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? On-call pager management. Faster and more reliable response time.

What do you like best? The product offers the ability to integrate with many products in the marketplace & even create custom integrations with ease. In fact, flexibility is a key aspect of xMatters in general. I'm hard pressed to think of examples where customization is required to meet most use cases which helps keep the product easily supported over time. What do you dislike? What do you like best? For me one of the key aspects of xMatters is it's ease of use.
