Easy to use
What do you like best? xMatters is easy to use and is very reliable. The live feed of an outage and what region(s) are affected is fantastic so we are never left in the dark about whats happening with this application. What do you dislike? We have to clear cache and cookies often after we have opened xMatters a few times. If we do not when you launch xMatters is spins and takes forever to log in . We love xMatters
What do you like best? xMatters has allowed our company to take both our On-Call management and Major Incident management to the next level. We were living in the dark ages before we had xMatters, compared to where we are now with it fully implemented. What do you dislike?
