Xero user but not very good with technology and not a bookkeeper
I have had to speak with xero support recently as having to unpick though our accounts been incorrectly coded and reconciled over a period of 2 years. I had limited experience and although the videos and central support is very informative, sometime you just need to speak to an expert. A call is requested and a timescale given for a call and this has always been on time, every time. Lawrence was excellent with his knowledge and helped me so much. Excellent customer service. Thank you
