New Authentication
Change of phone required setting up new Dual Authentication process. Online help tried to support / but phone call made to me this morning sorted the issue in 10 minutes. Perfect.

Alice was very patient regarding the limitations in my IT skills. nice to be able to read a few details about Alice that she had provided too- makes the experience more personal I still have a lot to learn to enable me to get the best out of my xero subscription!
