Not Receiving authentication emails
Feeling very stressed at not being able to log into xero. I sent an email to xero support. Sam called me back within 20 minutes and resolved the issue. I was back working within 30 minutes. Fantastic professional customer service from Sam, who knows his product and was able to explain clearly the steps I needed to take. Highly recommend Xero after this experience.

Xero support is amazing
Xero support is amazing! they deal with your query as soon as possible and are very efficient. I had an issue where my Xero certification was not showing online (after answering 29/30 questions correctly) and the Xero support team recognised this and had my certification updated a day later!
