First class support
I've raised 3 support calls to Xero today and all have been responded to very quickly, with clear and easy guidance to follow. The support I receive from Xero is always first class, and one of the many reasons I use (and recommend) Xero over similar products available.

"Great accounts solution"
What do you like best about Xero? We moved from on-premise Sage which was buggy and cumbersome. Deploying was a breeze, syncing to our bank accounts and rolling out in the US and Singapore.
