I logged a query with regards to my account. My bank feed had stopped working. Within minutes I received a phone call from John. He accessed my PC and guided me as to how to resolve the issue. He was a really nice guy, friendly and very patient. Sometimes IT helpdesk technicians can talk above our heads and be a little impatient but John was the opposite. Jack was quick to respond, he made sure he understood the issue, explained how it could be resolved and made sure I understood what to do. He also called when he said he would. Very happy.

Setting Up Pension Entitlements on Xero
I was trying to resolve a fairly complex issue with setting up Pension plans for a number of employees and I have to say that I was pretty baffled! Carolyn was very calm and helpful and she responded very quickly to my various questions until we had resolved the problem.
