Setting Up Pension Entitlements on Xero
I was trying to resolve a fairly complex issue with setting up Pension plans for a number of employees and I have to say that I was pretty baffled! Carolyn was very calm and helpful and she responded very quickly to my various questions until we had resolved the problem.

First class service I had an issue
First class service I had an issue. I raised it with zero it was immediately dealt with to my satisfaction and it’s no longer an issue. Thanks so much Xero.

I received an incomplete answer and then encoraged to call a number if I wanted more help. I called the number and was told it is not supervised and I should write to you or open a case. Needless to say that my issue is urgent. It cannot wait.....I am not happy :(
