Very fast response to my query and rather than just an email they took the time to call and discuss things with me. The call came within a couple of hours of me emailing them. The lady I spoke with was very friendly and clearly knew about the product too.

I logged a query with regards to my…bank link
I logged a query with regards to my account. My bank feed had stopped working. Within minutes I received a phone call from John. He accessed my PC and guided me as to how to resolve the issue. He was a really nice guy, friendly and very patient. Sometimes IT helpdesk technicians can talk above our heads and be a little impatient but John was the opposite. I find XERO great, very user-friendly compared to SAGE. Having a "real" person on the end of the line to help with any issues is a great ...
