Finally a True Cloud Accounting Software Company

I have been a client of Xero.com for the past 2.5 years. Previously I used the standard small business accounting platform, once I switched to Xero. I finally understood the power of connectivity via API's to my numerous eCommerce channels (BigCommerce, Amazon, etc. With Xero (and StitchLabs.com. All date is automatically fed into Xero along with all my other financials from other institutions. Using Xero is a 10x easier experience with very little manual entry. I highly recommend it.

Great software for business owners on the move

Pretty intuitive to use and easy to set up. They offer so many insightful resources and getting in contact with a live sales rep is not a problem.

Basic enough for new business, expansive enough for bigger ones

What do you like best? That it is fully web based and you can give access to anyone who may need to view and access your accounts. It is also handy that you can control what functions different people have access too, so that someone in sales could not do journal entries for example. It is also great that you can integrate it with your CRM as long as there is an interface available - albeit at an additional cost. What do you like best? The user experience is strong, as is the ability to push invoices and purchases as drafts prior to running a review process. What do you like best? Ease of use. For basic functions there is no need to go through a long set up process. What do you dislike? What do you like best? I am reviewing all the comments and so far I find them very helpful. What do you dislike? I am disappointed to find they are not handling multiple currencies very well. For me that is a vital feature for my business. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? All in all, the reviews seem to be much more favorable than the QuickBooks online reviews, which were quite informative and shockingly negative.
