What do you like best? Awesome user interface to help with accounting. I like that they integrate directly with many different banks and the can pull in a live-feed. For the price, you can't beat it. clean, generally easy to use for small business accounting

What do you like best? web access and cleanliness of the overall interface. Able to get up to speed and use very quickly, even for non-accounting types. What do you dislike? Expense management, especially for employees is terrible. Their response is to suggest you subscribe to another company's expense software or do weird workarounds via invoicing. A great switch

What do you like best? I like how easy it is to use and the pricing structure. I struggled a lot in quick books and it just seemed like the online version was too stripped down. Xero gave us the power back with an easy to use and robust cloud system. What do you dislike? We have been awaiting payroll in our state since signing up, we are on to year 2 with Xero. What do you like best? It works well with my accountants and how they manage their processes and the bank account integration is mostly seamless. What do you dislike? Cost wise its quite pricey compared to some of the competjtion out there. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Invoicing is easier. Bank account reconciliation is a dream.

Xero is a great alternative to QBO with many great features

We use xero as a solution for our clients when they want cloud based accounting but have reservations about QBO.

What do you like best? Allows me to view the financial position of my company at a glance (including converting invoices in foreign currencies and plan cashflow which is vital to us as a new business. Raising invoices is simple, we've integrated with Stripe (super easy to set up to allow customers to pay invoices by card which helps us take payments easily and quickly.
