A fine app, but could be improved

PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? I like that Xero is cloud-based which enables me to use it for my international clients. The package looks attractive and the app is easy to learn and use. It was simple to create identifying rules and Xero is good at recognizing transactions. Really easy to use for a 'non accountant'

What do you like best? The simple interface and flexible workflows make Xero really easy to use. It integrates with Stripe so it's easy to take online payments for invoices. What do you dislike? Only difficulty we've had is with purchase order numbers - as far as I know these can only be added in the invoice description. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Basic accounting is made much easier with Xero. It speeds up invoicing no end.

Easy to use and intuitive

What do you like best? Very easy navigation and simple to use. No complicated features. Also has a mobile app so you can easily upload expenses. There is also a feature where you can invite your accountant to manage the accounts for you and you can set invoice reminders at whatever internal you deem necessary. For example, you can send a reminder for payment the day before it is due, when its overdue etc. so you can keep on top of late payers. What do you dislike? Reporting could be a ...

Fantastic software, easy to use for accountants.

What do you like best? Xero is a straight forward accounting software which allows you to create invoices without the hassel. It allows you to limit access to users so you can decide which user can view what. This is a benefit as there is alot of confidential information. Excellent Software. Good API makes life significantly better!

What do you like best? The API integration is super easy. I was able to set up my website (custom coded to add transactions into Xero very quickly. I really like the blue color it's kinda nice and soothing. No fancy graphics just simple. The ability to customize an invoice to have different brands is nice. My Xero experience

What do you like best? There are many things I like about Xero, all it's interfaces are very user friendly , my favourite difference from Sage is the bank reconciliation , from bank transactions automatically fed from the bank and being able to create, amend and adjust items on the same screen takes the work out of it.
