Scammy cancellation terms: When cancelling, you get charged a full month cancellation fee without having access for that month. "$40 charged for Feb 6- Feb 6" According to support if I want to access my books to export I'll pay for another month + another cancellation fee = $80. Save yourself & use Quickbooks form the start.

PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? According to my experience in the accounting industry (working as Sr. Executive in Cogneesol, I have concluded that Xero has actually built for the startups who have inferior accounting knowledge and budget. Xero customer support! I was getting ready to put my money where my mouth is and sign up to a full paying service, I'm glad I didn't the customer service is nonexistent at the trial run, how can a company this large not have a phone number for technical support!?!? It is near enough impossible to do any kind of trouble shooting via email especially when you get replies at 4am, then once you have replied it's another 24hrs until you get a reply. What do you like best? I love the open access to the Xero API. We are able to pull data in and out from all of our other programs. The user interface was put together with a lot of thought. Solid alternative to QuickBooks

What do you like best? Rick featured accounting system that is a good fit and economical choice for small business. What do you dislike? Wish that there was more direct education for those who aren't finance majors or accountants trying to manage the software, had to work with an accountant to get this type of stuff settled.
