Perfect for Small Companies!

What do you like best? We love Xero, it is absolutely perfect if you have basic accounting needs. It has all the simple accounting needed for small business and the ease of use makes the barrier to entry perfect fort the amount of time most people want to spend on getting to know the product. Great software!

Great software!! But.... owing to their HQ being basaed in NZ customer support can be slow via email, or non-existent by phone.

Works well and is getting better

I have been using it for more than a year now. I switched from the major competitor and haven't looked back. It is not perfect but works well and is easier to navigate. When I have had questions or problems, they have been resolved quickly with online support.

Simple and straightforward application

PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? I love that Xero is intuitive and I didn’t have to refer to the help files even once. Plus, it gives helpful prompts such as asking if you wish to email your invoices and if you want your customers to view their bills online. The app is very practical in this aspect. Best software for accounting in small businesses!

What do you like best? It's easy to use and it rarely breaks. Very cost effective and our accountant works with it so he's able to login to it to make sure all reconciliations and payroll are being done. We have as many users as needed connected simultaneously to the platform with no additional fee. What do you dislike? We don't have an option for local accounting.
