VERY POOR CANCELLATION POLICY. INCOMPETENT SERVICE FROM STAFF.

I am not a business person. Only started to use XERO to sign my tax summary done by my accountant who uses their system. It's been free to login to just quickly sign my tax summary usually. Bookkeeping for the Inexperienced

What do you like best? This software is very intuitive. I've never had any accounting or bookkeeping experience but was able to use this easily by watching all of their videos. PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? I love that Xero is intuitive and I didn’t have to refer to the help files even once. Plus, it gives helpful prompts such as asking if you wish to email your invoices and if you want your customers to view their bills online. The app is very practical in this aspect.
