Excellent Program for my Bookkeeping

What do you like best? Ease of use, easy to compile reports, and easy to send out receipts and invoices to customers. What do you dislike? Love the software, got a problem.. No one to call

I love the software, but if you have a problem you can only contact them by Email which is not good enough.This has disappointed me as i am stuck trying to fix an issue with no help what so ever in which i'm sure the team at Xero would be able to resolve our issue in minutes.

They say on here that they prefer email based support because “We really want this to be a better experience than waiting on hold and explaining your question to a call centre or various people so I appreciate this feedback”.Trust me, waiting on hold, and explaining the problem to two people is FAR BETTER than the system you have.It feels like Xero will give support whenever it suits them rather than whenever it suits their customers...it probably saves them a little bit of money but I ...

What do you like best? Easy to track whether yo have been reimbursed for your expenses. Easy to specifically detail what you have spent on & take a picture to clarify. What do you dislike? Sometimes a bit slow and doesn't connect well with WI-FI What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Expenses lunches/travel/client meetings.

Extremely easy to use

What do you like best? The ease of payroll and expenses, pay people with a click of a button. Employees capture images of receipts and input info about the expense on their own xero app, available on Android & iOS. You can then approve/decline & make payment with ease. What do you dislike? I have now sent 3 email requests for support and, like other customers, have received the standard email stating "We aim to be in touch within 11 hours and 25 minutes.". It has been over a week since the first request and I have had no response to 2 follow up emails.I have used Xero for over 6 years and have been happy with it but have always had an accountant to resolve any issues. Consider alternative platform if…

Consider alternative platform if managing an e-commerce business. Payment provider integration is very poor with only PayPal reasonably integration. If you use Stripe to take customer payments you'll be sorely disappointed. You'll either have to use another 3rd party integration service (additional monthly fee or role your own.. which is what we've had to do.
