This software is painful to use for someone like me with no accounting knowledge. It's hard to understand and nothing balances, support doesn't help so I'm giving up and finding something easier to use.Sorry Xero, it's Xero from me.

Fantastic customer support from Julie…
Fantastic customer support from Julie in the Xero Support team.Julie was able to help me with my supplier report and profit & loss report so I was able to get the information thats I actually needed.As I'm not from an accounting background, it was great to speak to someone that was able to explain things in a simple way so I was able to finally understand some of the accounting jargon.Keep up the great work and thanks you

Purchase of Xero
Purchase of XeroFrom making initial contact to purchasing the Xero licences I found Lee to be extremely helpful, knowledgeable, professional and quick to answer any technical queries I had. Answering all my questions within a few hours enabled us to make the decision to go ahead with Xero a lot quicker.I signed up for a trial period to have a look at the system and I found it to be intuitive and user friendly.I look forward to using Xero going forward for our accounting needs, particularly ...

Xero is truly the worlds friendliest…
Xero is truly the worlds friendliest accounting packageEasy to use from both the business owners and an accountants point of view whilst offering so much more than just being an accounting system with its vast amount of integrated products My business has grown dramatically and it is in part down to the wonderful team at Xero and the care and support they offer For example this morning I logged a support ticket logged at 8.20 and answered and solved by 8.31 - that’s why I love you guys

As a senior who had used MYOB for 20+ years I was dragged kicking & screaming to Xero. However I am a complete convert and admire the user friendly layout and ease of use. You can teach an old dog new tricks!
