Easy to use and transfer from current accounts system went without a hitch. Online help easily accesses even on a Sunday and the information given was clear and easy to access.Telephone call from our account manager a few days after staring to use was invaluable.

I love the simple no nonsense approach
I love the simple no nonsense approach. If you have any challenges, their is a very comprehensive support and you can always contact the team. The website is intuitive to navigate and the platform boasts several methods of access. I do like the iPhone App - especially for keeping on top of reconciling with the bank.

Payroll is awful
Payroll is awful. Bank feeds were down for almost a month. Not impressed so far.

Good software and support
Good software and support. Additional costs are high and little notice given when increasing. More expensive than comparative software but it really is a better software!
