Overall Good But Customer Care Improvement is Necessary.
Overall, I love using Xero. There are some options, which needs to be improve. I feel xero does a great job asking but does NOTHING with the data received. I love Xerocon. I attended and span lot of money. I expected to be introduce how I can learn to use xero more and more. smaller companies like myself do not have access to xero direct help and training. the videos are good but live training would be better. I love working with Xero
I love working with Xero. It is efficient, reliable and cost effective and very productive. The Xero team keep enhancing the product and adding time saving features. It is easy to learn with helpful videos. When switching to Xero get the assistance of your accountant to help you fast track the process.

Easy to use and responsive
Xero is easy to use and very responsive to problems. They are innovative and continuously making the software better, They are receptive to feedback, meaning pain points are rectified in a very timely manner

compared to quickbooks
compared to quickbooks - xero has way to many limitations...all the data is there, but every time i ask how to access it the way i need, i'm told we can't do that......and not every report can be exported or even printed - which i just don't understand...why "some" reports you can export and print and other you are forced to view only on screen - and i've just learned (08/10/18 that xero generally is for SMALL business (their tracking module can't handle more than 100 locations which means ...

Clearly the best cloud accounting software in the UK for the majority of SMEs at the moment*. The support is great, when you get the reply to most of the queries within an hour. Has got extensive library of short guidance videos, but since it is so user-friendly, you need only couple of them to get started.
