Poor Customer Support
I find Xero customer support very poor. I am trying to set up accounts up and running on Xero, every time I email for help - it takes them ages to get back to me. Its frustrating I can't just pick up a phone and call a helpline.

ive had trouble with my bank feeds
ive had trouble with my bank feeds, the software appears to be good but, its taken a long time to switch over from sage. i have 2 companies and one is still not setup correctly. its all web based, i would have loved to speak to someone

I am a true Xero fan - and love the platform. Today makes the SECOND TIME I've received excellent customer support when I've asked to have someone call me because I needed help.Both times, within 10-15 minutes the support center called me and walked me through my problems.Javid really saved the day for me - many, many thanks!

Xero is easy to use and my recent customer experience was great, quick response with a few back and forward and I was able to correct my error.

Very good support when needed
I have been working with Xero for ~2 years, with accounts in the US, UK and Australia. The respective accounts have been simple to set up and maintain. Most recently, I've encountered problems with some of the payroll calculations in the UK account. The Xero support person assigned to this has been very persistent and helpful.

Excellent Service
I have been using Xero for about 5 months and I really like it. I am not an accountant or a software/computer techie. However, I have been able to take the initial application and do some customization on the chart of accounts and invoicing to work for my business.The support is excellent. There are numerous videos and lots of support documentation to help work through the questions. But best of all, you can get a real person on the phone to help and they are very responsive.

Very difficult to set up
Very difficult to set up. Imports not well specified for journals or chart of accounts. You can’t even import the chart of accounts example csv that Xero themselves supply
