Feedback on the helpline expert- Abdul
I had a wonderful experience with Xero helpline and in particular with Abdul, where we were able to share my screen and go through the different points (which I was struggling with for days!. Some of them have been solved now and I am now waiting for the experts from other areas (ex: Bank feeds, Payroll etc to get in touch with me. Hopefully it will all be solved in a couple of days.I'd highly recommend getting in touch with the helpline team for any issue!

The jury is still out.
Could do with being cheaper. For this price I’d like more ‘wow’.The attempt to foist a new expenses module on users, then make them pay more for it, left a bitter aftertaste.I’ve committed too much time and effort to make switching easy, but I’m not convinced I made the right ledger choice.

You would have had more stars but I do not like the new Expense system and object to the tariff of £2.50/month per User.

Would hate to use anything else now.
Firstly, I have to say, I'm no accounts guru. I think that's why I really like Xero. After using various accounts packages, this is most definitely the most user friendly. I'd really hate to use anything else now.

Trial wouldn’t add a bank account
Trial wouldn’t add a bank account. Checked the information spoke to a rather arrogant Xero bloke who obviously didn’t have time to help resolve the problem. Tried for 2 weeks. Waste of time and going back to MYOB. If they can’t help with this simple startup what are they like down the road. By the way my accountant offered to set it up. For $500+. 😂 disappointed so much hype and maybe suited for someone who isn’t interested in doing their own bookwork and leaving it all to the accountants.
