Xero Support are a fab bunch of 'Heros' in my experience. Always helpful and in a timely manner. I've been using Xero since 2012 and I've never been disappointed with the assistance provided...I've even had a phone call or two as a response on the odd occasion!Great work - Thank You one and all :

Not the best cloud based accounting, very poor customer service
Really not a good package for my business, customer service and help has a 24 hour Delay as all communication is via email and that’s how long it takes to get a reply! Add to that the cost and there are so many better and more efficient company’s out there supplying far superior cloud based accounting.Good bye xero Bain of my life.
