Very happy with their service
Very happy with their service. It did however take a little while to get a telephone call once I had requested one via email. It would be more helpful if there was a customer support telephone number to call rather than having to try and sort things out via email.

Great Customer Support
Not being very experienced with all things finance, I needed a service that would offer great support. Today I experienced that first hand. User-friendly accounting software
Xero is easy to use and very flexible. All my clients love it. The support is excellent, with plenty of information available online and real people on the end of the phone 24-7 to help with any more complex issues.

The lack of giving 5 stars is simply as i am not fully used to and familiar with the system but the support available from Xero, especially Marlon Fearon, has been superb! The software is fairly easy to use and follow.

This is an absolutely awful service
This is an absolutely awful service, customer service is completely non existent. We had an accountancy firm that we are no longer using who refuse to give us the login details (which we didn't even know were set up that way and are unable to contact anyone there (despite several online form fills to change it over so that we can actually access our accounts for the last year and prepare new ones.
