Reports and slowness
we have lots of problems getting reports and the whole system can be very slow. On the up side the directors seem to like the graphs and things, and understand a bit more about where the compay is at.

xero very practical to use at low cost
What do you like best? this software has taken an importance for this company since it has started the monitoring of our invoicing, resulting in an optimal work, it is easy to operate, I practice in its management, when we started with xero we started using the free trial for 180 days that only allowed us to manage a limited number of invoices, it is great since it allowed us to know if it was really good or bad. a software that handles the accounting part
What do you like best? for this company it is very rewarding to have this software because it has optimized our cash flow processes, this gives us a great support to the accounting part of our business, it is very practical to manage and easy to use, it has helped with constant monitoring of sales in online form. organizes our data and information of our payroll in an easy and effective way for the user. been using Xero for 4 years and has been fantastic, only issue I had was connecting bank as I was using old security system with my bank, quick 10 minutes on team viewer with Jordan, talked me through the update process and he had me up and running. Bank Feed Issue - Sorted!
I had an issue with my Yorkshire Bank feed on Xero, I arranged a call back & James from Xero customer support rang me back on time & sorted the issue out whilst on the phone - brilliant service
