optimal software, effective tracking, Xero the best.

Mostly good
Mostly good, but their support only over email is ridiculous for the price. Mainly giving only 3 stars as there are also quite a number of glitches, bugs and quirks to the system which turn what could be an amazing product into a bit of an annoyance. Unfortunately though, after trying most of the other online packages, despite its failings Xero is the best online package.

Great software and really great support…
Great software and really great support via email - the lady that helped me today even rang me to talk something through. Does have slight issues but still think it beats the competition hands down. Integrates with lots of useful apps.

Love Xero
Love Xero. Can't recommend it enough. Not only is it super easy to use, it is constantly getting updates and when you do come across something that you can't quite figure out, the support is the best.

Easy and Efficient processing of financial and accounting transactions
What do you like best? It's very easy and efficient to set up all bank/credit card accounts and have daily transactions loaded into Xero. Common/recurring transactions can have rules defined to allow posting of transactions to correct accounts in minutes per day. This is a real time saver, while still allowing me to review transactions and feel confident in the accuracy of our financials. What do you dislike?
