User Friendly & Great Support
I have been using Xero for a couple of years now and have never had a problem using their support for anything I'm not sure of. Easy software to use even for those who don't have that much tech knowledge.

failed set up and poor support
I can't really comment on how well xero works as I haven't been able to get to that stage. It fell at the first hurdle when I was unable to set up bank feeds and got stuck in a loop from which there was no escape. The only way out was to cancel the subscription and xero then added insult to injury by informing me that they would continue to charge me until Dec 21st - despite having only been signed up for an hour or two and not having used it!My bank informs me that this is a common problem ...

For someone that is more used to an abacus than computers, Maxine was very patient and kind to an individual whom really had no idea what to do! The patience of a saint!
