We subscribed and from the day we joined never got use of the Xero product due to internal technical bank feed issues. We paid and were unable to use the service for two weeks so asked for a refund. We were refused a refund on the basis of small print that said that technical issues caused by their partners were not Xero's responsibility. Also, there is no number to call. The story so far....In the last two months, I have dived quite deeply into Xero for one of my clients who operates in multi currencies and projects. Great customer service experience

Raz made signing up a breeze. He was professional, friendly and helpful right throughout the signup process for Premium, and dealt with each of my questions as they arose. He also took the time to explain many features that I wasn't aware of at first. If using the Xero itself is half as easy, I'll be very glad indeed.

Javid, of the Xero support team, was very helpful assisting we with a query I had. We were unable to solve my query via email, so instead he gave me a call, at a time that was convenient for me, and we were then able to come up with a solution.

Transfer Xero Advisor Certificate from one account to another

I was changing firm and they require me to get Xero Advisor Cert, which I have done in my previous firm. I contacted Xero Help, So Zoe reply me within 2 hours. They are very effective & get my Cert transfer within 4 business days, saved me 6 hrs to redo the Cert.Thank you for your instant help & wonderful customer service! Such a great team!

Finances - Contained (that I wish I could use even for my personal finances!)

What do you like best? Cash Coding is easy to both use and change (if mistakes are made. It is great being able to have automatic imports for many banks, and the reports are top notch and customizable. What do you dislike? They keep changing the layout slightly! This isn't really a bad thing, as it has improved the experience - but I have had to do some searching for certain pages recently. Xero is excellent

This is truly an application which saves me hours every month. I am hopeless when it comes to tax, expenses, expenditure, etc. Xero makes everything simple and means my Accountant gets all the information she needs and I don't spend hours each month collating receipts, bank statements, etc. Xero is truly excellent.

Client for years- now over the red tape and failed modules

When i started using Xero years ago, the price was much cheaper, and everything i needed worked. I got it because of the automatic bank account linking. I have now cancelled my account because of the new security procedures that lock you out unnecessarily, inability to access from overseas, bank feeds that no longer work with the largest bank in australia, and difficulty in getting any support.
