Takes weeks of back and forth emails with useless robots and 'support specialists' before they might decide to 'schedule a call' with someone before they can start addressing any issues.If you use Xero make sure you are a patient person

I had a real tasking issue about my log…

I had a real tasking issue about my log in and billing info. I dealt with a guy called Andrew, who I think is based in the UK. Thought he was absolutely outstanding, explaining everything really carefully. Really impressed, hope I get him again if I have any other issues! Cheers, Tom

Keeping my accounts up-to-date is now a doddle

As a non-accountant/bookkeeper, I never thought that I'd rave so wildly about my accountancy software - but this really is good.I really like the facility to have a feed from my bank account directly into Xero, and the recording of my expenses is now so easy, with the accompanying app. It really is dead easy and very intuitive, with no intimidating acccountancy language.I love it.

Great product, but expensive

I found the actual product to be excellent, however I marked down the stars because of the price. It is one of the, if not the most expensive cloud based option in the UK that I've seen. To be honest the price makes it pretty much unobtainable for the average business. Okay for the larger ones, it can certainly handle the workload but for the medium sized business the cost is a factor compared to others. Xero, incredible accounting software

What do you like best? The ease of reconciliation has made it easy to understand and complete. This is no longer an intensive monthly process, I can keep up with my daily accounts. The system is easy to use and has very good integrations, which makes it easy to share your accounts with the accountant and the accountant. The reporting function is also very good.
