Helpful!
Nabeel was very helpful trying to resolve my issue. I am not an accountant so he spoke in more simple accounts language to try and help me through the issue I have and has given me a few avenues to try and resolve my issue. He listened to what my problem was and he didn't try to rush me off the phone.

Nornally I have quite a good help when I refer to Xero support. And they are progressing.Of couse it depend on the person whos Im in touch and if we could understand each othr so sometimes I could be a bit disapointed but normally Support are good so thats why I leave 5*

Would be great . . if it worked!
Would be great . . . if it worked! Bank feeds randomly stop working and then impossible to set back up. Faceless organisation with only contact being by messages which take half a day to get a response from. Then the advice given does not rectify the issue. Santander bank feeds seem to be a massive problem. Not once have I had an apology or offer of compensation. Instead I continue to pay for a service that is unuseable - really poor when things go wrong. They need a contact telephone ...

Always happy to help. I am not great with reading too much information as confuse myself but xero staff set and call you if requested exactly when you have arranged. Friendly staff, great customer service, very knowledgeable and I am glad I have signed up. I'm starting to learn all about it and can see it will be a saviour for our business accounting and recording.

When you configure certain elements, they remain registered in the system once they are valid, that is, when you want to use them again when they are registered, you remember them automatically, this saves a lot of time in the data inserts in the system.
