Xero is the best accounting software to have use.

What do you like best? It's easy to setup this software and start using. It allows me to carry all accounting and financial activities like inventory management,generating financial reports,bank reconciliation,payroll generation among others. It's very safe and secure. Excellent Support Service!Whenever I need support my questions are answered same day, very easy to understand responses from the support team.The excellent customer services has contributed to me converting over to Xero with all my clients - I have been a Bookkeeper for over 20 years and Xero is absolutely my preferred online Accounting system.

As an accounting firm I would be very hesitant to partner with Xero!

As an accounting firm I would be very cautious with using Xero or recommending it to clients. Outside of Xero billing for things that were supposed to be free, which after complaining they claim they will reconcile but I had to threaten with a lawyer to get that reaction. Terrible customer service

I have been using Xero for 2 years now and have had no issues until the last month. On upgrading plans to be able to do STP I have now lost the function of being able to sync from my connected app. Nowhere on the website does it state you lose any functionality with the upgrade, only that payroll is now available. Xero is one of the worst software experiences that I've ever had. They WILL NOT listen to customer concerns, WILL NOT make obvious or important changes to improve the software and DO NOT care about their customers. Some fundamental flaws:• screen jumps about in all browsers if your invoice, quote, PO is long enough that you need to scroll down the page. Nabeel at Xero was great

Nabeel at Xero was great. I was having difficulty filing my first MTD VAT and had called HMRC repeatedly without any resolution. Nabeel worked with over a number of chats and phone calls until it was resolved. He diagnosed that I was using the wrong gateway login. I have now updated all of this and MTD is now live.Nabeel was very patient. : one happy Xero customer

What do you like best? I like it because it makes work easier because once it is configured, it provides a much easier reconciliation because it remembers some elements for the next time it is used. I can accelerate the process.
