Wow, what a refreshing change to Sage!

Wow, what a refreshing change to Sage. Signed up, used movemybooks to transfer everything over from Sage - very easy.Within a few days of installing Xero I got a call from a very helpful young lady, Amy, who helped me with setup - very different to trying to get through to someone at Sage.I'm still getting used to the software, but can immediately see that it is much more user friendly and useful than Sage ever was in the years that I've been battling it!

Better than expected!!

Better than expected!!! Worth all the money this will cost if the services provided continues. As a start-up and a one-man-band, I'm pleasantly surprised that Xero Support (shout out to Habib) have contacted me to help with the onboarding and setting-up process. Whilst there are lots of helpful sections and tutorials on the faq pages, nothing beats the ability to be able to contact someone to get you to the right answer straight away! Good software but tight-fisted management

So, Xero continues stubbornly with its position of "we don't care who suffers from financial hardship as long as it is not us". It is nearly two months since my last review, and I guess that the Xero management are thinking that the company is too big to fail. Excellent - Xero is the goto accounting package for the UK

What do you like best? Extremely easy to use. Bank integrations are seamless and very easy to set up. Bank recons are almost fun to do.
