Excellent online & telephone assistance…
Excellent online & telephone assistance from Julia who talked me through all the relevant areas of Xero that I needed to go into to set up our accounts. I have found Xero very easy to navigate around after receiving the very clear guidance from Julia, which saved me so much time in getting to know the system.

Payroll Issue
I had an issue with payroll - I received a rapid response and solution from Abby who also followed up with a phone call. Abby was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, polite and friendly. Excellent service from Xero.

Kierron from Xero was absolutely…
Kierron from Xero was absolutely amazing. So knowledgeable and patient. I have struggled with even the basics of online accounting, but he talked me through it step by step and I now feel so much more confident and capable. I can’t praise him enough for his help and encouragement. Anne

I couldn't be more impressed with Kierron
I couldn't be more impressed with the post-purchase customer service I've received. I've had 2 proactive calls from the Xero team to offer me training and check in on how I'm making the most of the system. I have to say, Kierron has been especially helpful, really patient and incredibly impressive in his customer service skills.
