Reconciliation Queries
I had a couple of reconciliation queries, Dana, a helpful cheerful XERO agent called me and dialled into my machine. Dana talked me through how to resolve the issue (which were entirely user related), her explanations were clear. I cant recommend XERO enough.

Great Service
Being new to Xero I asked to speak to an adviser and after sending an email their response was excellent. Within a short time Drew rang and guided me through some of the queries I had, explaining that I need to contact and agree a few things with our accountant as well.Great service - helpful, friendly manner.

Certainly beyond expectations...
From the initial call re Xero to the ease and assistance provided, the service has been a dream at any service level, and especially when compared with trying to put in Sage Financials. The system is intuitive and is integral and the interfaces with bank plus other systems are excellent. The assistance and check up calls have been really timely and helpful, as well as welcome as they have always provided little time saving hints, as well as providing support through easy to follow ...

Really efficient
What do you like best? Easy to navigate Good price Easy to grant access to others. Help pages quite helpful and online community is really useful if help pages don't give you a solution. Easy to link with bank account. What do you dislike? It appears that you don't always access reports or screen in a consistent manner, sometimes leading to confusion or frustration.
