Great product, easy to use, flexible but needs more features/reporting in the Quotes section to make it truly outstanding.

The product is good but catching up…

The product is good but catching up with the accounting side, my one complaint is the customer support. When they venture into areas that they haven't prepared for (and this year has been trying) they default to useless generic advice. Their action to "Furlough" would have been better and more honest if they admitted that they were not going to achieve a report - we waited and waited! It cost us money. Great system.If there is a technical problem it would be useful to have a telephone number where you could speak to a person directly rather than online chat.

Great! Very common with accountants now. Easy enough for me as a business owner to to a lot of things. Payroll is a breeze!

I love the ease of use that XERO gives…

I love the ease of use that XERO gives you, the only draw back for me is that there needs to be more reports.Maybe an idea would be to have a report for all possible fields and let you select and make your own reports from that, if this is possible.

I am thoroughly pleased with Xero

I am thoroughly pleased with Xero. I think the software and ease of use is fantastic. Its helped my business massively to see where I am and I base a lot of my decisions on what the reality tells me.My only criticism would be a hotline with a trusted Xero team member to help with issues I have had in the past and perhaps a free introductory lesson video to use the system that you can refer back to and outlining what some key terms mean within the platform.

The most advanced accounting software I can find in terms of integration with other services. The only gripe is that they are often slow to add new ones (eg Stripe import which took years).

I do love my Xero package

I do love my Xero package, I’ve been using it for quite a few years now, and its been a godsend now I’ve gone VAT registered.The only reason I’ve not gone with 5 stars (I would seriously give it 4.7 if i could), is that its very difficult to understand how to get started as a non accountant. It took me quite a long time to understand some of the terminology and how to get resultsBut I do feel that would have been the case with any similar packages
