Xero has transformed bookkeeping for my business. Going from pen and paper to this digital software did take some learning but my accountants organised a quick demo (as they recommended Xero initially) and from there on I haven’t looked back. Pretty easy to manage

Pretty easy to manage and keep an eye and control of the business finances. I mainly use the full login, but still do quick reviews and matching on the app. Both seem easy to handle.Probably the only bit that has been awkward etc (is probably not Xero's issue) but has been the change in bank account connections and updates. Still don't get automatic updates from my savings account, which you feel should be straight forward although I understand banks have their own systems and software.

Hmm one word.. rubbish

A few years ago i was using a small uk accounting start up and moved to Xero i soon gave up principally that their allegded integrations were good. They werent so i moved again to quick books, aslo the reporting in it is terrible. Payroll is missing numerous UK specific functionality like your holiday year end, they just roll it on.Anyway 2 years on ive sold my business and now work as a consultant for a business who use xero. I’ve been really pleased with how easy it makes life

I have been using Xero software since I set up my business last year, given then year we’ve had I’ve not yet been able to utilise the software to its full advantage. But I will say it’s a great platform for keeping on top of the business accounting on a day to day basis which ultimately makes life easier at the end of the year. The phone apps are brilliant and easy to use and the bank connectivity is very useful also. I’d recommend to anyone to running a business.

I would unhesitatingly recommend Xero to others. It is relatively easy to use once it is up & running and matching payments/receipts is quite straight forward. I have been using it with no issues for about 3 years & it is really very good.

Efficient business finance

What do you like best? I like that it is friendly and easy to use software. it is updated in real time. What do you dislike? You must correct the search function and add the cost of the job to be considered a competitor What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? I find the price very good, the interface and the relative ease of use.

All fairly intuitive and a really good tool…

All fairly intuitive and a really good way to keep track of your business accounts, manage invoicing, etc. It'd be handy if it could tie it into some of the HMRC functions for corporation tax etc. Prices have risen quite a bit over the last couple of years so I've knocked a star off as I'd probably re-evaluate the market again if they went up any further. Overall a really good tool.

Simple and Intuitive

Xero has made filing my tax easy and intuitive. As my company is only small, filing taxes myself is the most viable option, zero has helped make what was a daunting process, simple.
