High quality and proactive support
I recently had an issue with Xero erroring out when trying to access the reporting. Contacted Support and the initial first line response was predictable. But after I responded that I had covered the simple things they really helped we work through to diagnose the cause of the problem and to a solution. Transpired it was a third party extension in Chrome, that had been the for a year or more, but must have recently updated and caused the glitch. I love Xero, but great the support is as good ...

Does what it says on the box…
Xero does everything I need in order to keep my business' accounts and payroll up to date. Customer service have been very helpful whenever I have struggled to navigate a new function.

We moved from Sage to Xero and have never looked back. We are a charity and it gives us the flexibility to use remotely. Very easy to navigate without a financial background.

5 Star Experience With XERO
What do you like best? Xero is a cloud accounting solution to allow business owners to issue invoice digitally and allows collection of payment to be faster because customer can choose to make their payment only via PayPal or their credit card. What do you dislike? XERO can be a little slow at times and the subscription fees is a little on the high side. Hello? Anybody there?
Is their program good? Yes it is, but they target small/medium businesses and the worse thing you can do to a small business owner is offer no support!!! Seriously, they make plenty of money from you, but then when you have a problem, nothing, zip. Oh wait, they will direct you to the community forum, because I am sure you don't mind spending hours trying to find the answer to your problem.......

Xero an easy to use flexible platform
Xero is an east to use platform for basic accounts. As a management accountant the reports are good and the options to tailor them useful. i was used to using sage ans well as other platforms and Xero is a little different but once I got used to it I found it good. i have had a few issues but any queries are responded to through there help system well although sometimes it could be quicker.I have also used an add on package for stock control which worked well and there are lots to choose ...
