Choosing the right accounting software is crutial for my business. I use to seek help from out-sourcing accountants, but it turns out to be an expensive option. My account recommendted Xero. If you want your accounting to be a nightmare, use Xero

In short, Xero simply doesn't work. They claim you can do many things with the software, but when something breaks, they won't fix it. They also claim they want to support their customers because of the difficulties caused by the COVID-19 pandemic, but in reality, all the difficulties caused by the pandemic pale in comparison to the difficulties caused by Xero not resolving the issues with their software. My account was suspended as the credit card on file had to be cancelled due to fraud. I have been attempting to pay subscription for an hour with new card and failed... and this is an accounts package, I will be looking for a new package for the two subscriptions

7 years customers have been asking for…

7 years customers have been asking for a simple option to make delivery dockets, literally NO customer support. If you are thinking of moving to Xero i would seriously think twice lacking so many simple things.

Professional accounting system app

What do you like best? Xero is one of the most popular buisiness based account solutions. With a complex initial learning curve, this app allowed for online real time accounting and upto date paperless accounting. Such a time saver, a payroll service in an app. What do you dislike? OK but no delivery notes!!!

The software is relatively ok but is let down by the fact that there is no delivery note / packing slip included. This has become a real bug bear for our organisation & Xero are not interested.There are better options & we will be switching....

Being new user to Xero

Being new user to Xero, I was apprehensive about accessing advise when required. I have been so impressed with the attention given by the online portal but also a one to one business adviser whilst I gain knowledge and experience of the system.Jess, my adviser, is amazing and our chats sharing my screen have been more than helpful, inspirational really to see some of the many features there are.Many thanks for all your support.

Expert and Excellent Support

Had a support question that required a large number of back and forth with Xero support expert Hayley over the course of a about a week. Hayley was able to distill what the problem was, advised and arranged a fix, and get back to me with how to get it implemented and solve the problem. Well Done Hayley.
