I only ever seem to post bad reviews so I thought I would take time out to actually post a good one. Xero is simply amazing. As an accountant I thought it was a bit childish at first but soon learned of it's true potential. I have it synchronised to so many other apps and it.. just... works. I make my payments through it to transferwise without having to log into my bank, have feeds in from Barclays & Revolut, including expense cards, my POS and Trading Platform sync perfectly with it. ...

I've been using Xero for nearly 4 years…

I've been using Xero for nearly 4 years now. Over the last 12 months now the service level has dropped to a extremely frustrating level. Having written to them about my concerns after 10 days I still wait their reply. My biggest complaint centres around the amount of times that you have to verify your account and the way in which the feed to the bank operates these days. In short if your thinking of transferring to them or you're a new business looking for a provider give them a miss. I ...

Does not import Westpac feed correctly

Do not use if your bank is Westpac! The automatic feed won't work correctly (the "payee" cell will display the "description" of the transaction instead of the name) and Xero can't fix it! Free accounting solutions like Wave have no issues with Westpac accounts, but Xero does! Customer service is also terrible... Everytime I contacted them, they said "we can't fix it" or "we can't help you"! I haven't received once a solution to all the problems I encountered and contacted them about.

A comprehensive accounts package

A comprehensive accounts package that's easy to understand and use.We have been using it for a couple of years now and it meets our requirements and is very good for the cost.

ebay integration issues

I have had a real headache with integrating ebay received payments/fees which have been piling up on a daily basis until i have just come off the phone to Dillon.I cannot thank Dillon enough for the time he took explaining (patiently) the process to get my set up correct and get these payments reconciled. One very happy customer :-)
