Xero is great

Xero is great. No one is going to think accounting is fun or easy but at least which Xero it’s intuitive, easy to manage and always available. I’ve been a user since around 2008, I recommend it to everyone who needs accounting software.

Sage to Xero = best move ever

We have recently migrated to Xero from Sage. The support from the small business team and Xero Central is fantastic. Everything is so user friendly - Xero brings together the requirement of keeping your books up to date with simplicity and modern integrations to make the process seamless. Alice from the small business team has been fantastic, easy to reach and solved any hiccups we came across. Would fully recommend Xero.

Brilliant Accounting Software

What do you like best? The ease of use of the software and how it makes accounting that little bit simpler. What do you dislike? Nothing. It's a great piece of software. Recommendations to others considering the product: Just trial it, love it. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? It solves all our accounting problems.

All about the initial sale of being wowed then your fogotten

What is going on, it appears they are only interested in the sale, you get the wow treatment then your forgotten. I've been using Xero for nearly 5 years now. These the last 12 months now the service level has dropped to a extremely frustrating level. Having written to them about my concerns over the past 2 weeks I still haven't had a reply, I bet I get a quick response on here, I even emailed to sales to buy more licenses and they were hot off the paws, hungry for the sales. We are a small size charity and it was a big decision to opt for Xero accounting system. Once we signed up for the 30 day trial we were contacted by Xero's Small Business Specialist - Shaq. I found him very helpful and understanding to our accountancy needs. We have just taken out a subscription at an affordable level with Shaq's help. It is still early days but if the level of help and support continues at this level in the future, we will be very pleased to have moved onto Xero accounting ...

Excellent and Propt support for WorkflowMax

Am new to Workflow Max and so far have raised quite a number of queries with the Support team. I have been pleasantly surprised with the prompt responses - mostly within the hour and also delighted with the expertise of the response. Thank you and keep at it.

Love Using Xero!

Love Xero! It's super easy to use and their support staff are helpful too. I had a recent head scratcher of a problem... the staff at Xero (especially Sandrine!) went through my issue step by step and eventually found out what the problem was. And gave me the resolution too. Highly recommended

I would recommend using Xero. My Accountant congratulated me on choosing it because he uses it too. Xero is linked to my case management system as well, so the main systems are all connected to enable me to run my business smoothly. Xero's continuous support is always available to guide and assist with any problems.
